It's here!  In an attempt to put much of the HOA's governance into everyday language, the Board and Kuester have developed a Homeowners Handbook.  It is posted under Documents and Forms menu on the left side of this page.  Please review this document when you have questions on various issues.  It will be regularly updated as issues arise to keep up with the relevant issues in the community.  Only the most recent will be kept online.  The most recent revision date will show in the bottom right corner of the cover page.  The Table of Contents is all hyperlinked to that section of the document so you can simply click on the title in the Table and it will take you to the information.
