Hello Vermillion residents!  

Many of you have contacted the HOA regarding the current state of our landscaping and we would like to take this opportunity to provide an update. 

Over the next couple of weeks you will see the community begin to transform from a look and feel perspective. Our landscaping contractors will focus on the entrances and pool area where pine straw will be replaced with mulch, new ground cover and plantings, damaged shrubs replaced, as well as the addition of annual seasonal color. To accommodate these changes, materials will be delivered in two shipments starting on 6/9 to the dead end of Vanguard Parkway. The HOA would ask that children do not play in this area as there will also be equipment staged temporarily.
 
We hope that you find these changes not only timely, but that you are as excited about them as we are. We feel this will give our community the consistent look and feel not only for our residents, but also for future home buyers. This is what we expect going forward, especially in such a nice community like Vermillion. We will communicate additional updates regarding other planned projects in the near future.
