The Board of Directors approved spending funds for preventive maintenance on the Town Home roofs. The funds for this are from the insurance settlement for damage to the roofs during the wind storms this past winter. This action is expected to add 3-5 years of life to our roofs. Work will begin soon, so expect to see people climbing around on the town homes.
