Today we began to take notice of the trash receptacles not in compliance with the new guidelines.
More than half of our residents have already taken action to comply. Thanks to all who have been so helpful and make this change less stressful on everyone. The area is certainly looking better without all of the cans sitting out.

The tags are only a reminder, NOT a violation notice. We wish to be sure everyone has received the information.  Please check the guidelines and take whatever action is needed. If you have questions call or send an email  to the management company.

If you do not have the room to store some of the containers and would like them picked up, please send us an email or call with your address and we will assist ASAP.
