Friendly Reminder

Attention Residents,
We wanted to send a friendly reminder out to all pet owners within the community. Please be aware that per city ordinance and your governing documents it is required that when walking your pet outside of the home that it remain on a leash, under your control, at all times. And that you, a responsible pet owner, pick up the pet waste from your animal. Further, please do not allow your pet to use the bathroom on private property, neighbors yards, along sidewalks and roads, or areas that are specifically not designated as pet walk areas or common area. The community does have several pet waste stations throughout as a convenient way for you to dispose of your pets waste.
